How to protect your skin during Monsoon in Bengal

Rainy days come with a bunch of happiness in our life, but in recent days where covid hits our daily life very badly and despite the scarcity of transportations we need to come out to maintain our duties in various sectors. I can’t say that we are enjoying this too much. But one thing we have to keep in mind is that humidity and rain droplets can cause skin issues. So we need to protect our skin from being healthy and growing during the rainy season.

Deep-cleansing:    On wet and rainy days, washing your face regularly becomes more important, especially when traveling. Your skin is constantly exposed to excess darts and oil. Therefore, it is best to rinse it off before spilling. Gentle cleansing leaves your skin refreshed and refreshed. We recommend cleaning 3 times a day to avoid developing any small arrows.

Tone your Skin: If you let the skin pores open, dust will accumulate

again and cause pimples. Therefore, toning is needed. Natural toners such as lemon juice, cucumber water, and green tea can be used to remove excess dirt and tighten skin pores.

Exfoliating :

An exfoliating cream is precisely what it sounds like: a cream or that carries a chemical exfoliant. It gets rid of lifeless pores and skin cells without the want to bodily rub a scrub or mitt over your pores and skin

Clean your face with a gentle face wash. Take a small amount of night gel and apply it on the face and neck. Massage gently with fingertips in circular motions. Let the calming effect of the gel penetrate into your skin. Use it before going to bed to get it. Have fresh and bright skin every morning. Clean your face with a gentle face wash. Take a small amount of night gel and apply it on the face and neck. Massage gently with fingertips in circular motions. Let it soothe the absorption of the gel to the skin. Use before going to bed. Make skin radiant every morning.

Sunscreen Protector:

So the weather is cloudy, do you think you can pack sunscreen now? If the answer is yes, then it is time to think again. The sun has disappeared in the clouds, but this does not mean that you are now protected from harmful UV rays. Although the sun is cloudy, it has a tendency to release harmful ultraviolet rays, so don't leave sunscreen on before going outside.

Moisten your body and avoid makeup:

Drinking plenty of water can excrete toxins from the body and prevent acne and acne outbreaks. On the other hand, makeup during the rainy season can clog skin pores. Whenever you want to put on makeup, you must remove it. Before sleep.
